Divorce Options
With Divorce Guides, you won't even have to show up in court. We offer two no fault, uncontested divorce options to suit your needs:
Type 1, $650.00, divorce complete in approximately 5 months *
- No separation required. Husband and wife must sign the divorce consent papers in front of a notary public.
Type 2, $900.00, divorce complete in approximately 8 weeks *
- Must be separated at least 1 year. Spouse signature required in front of a notary public accepting service and venue.
* (Price includes $100 court fee. Processing times are estimates based on normal mail service)
General Requirements (applies both types of divorce):
- Uncontested, no dispute over property, spousal support, child support/custody
- No fault
- Pennsylvania resident for past 6 months (husband or wife)
- No court appearance
- Divorce filed in Pennsylvania’s Potter County
